Year-round rhythm

For homeschool, private-school Bible class, co-op, church kids club, or the family table (ages 5–18): one gentle day at a time. No account is required to read; progress stays on each device and works offline after the first visit.

Memory verses (calendar year)

One anchor verse per month in the KJV—gentle review on this device only. Mark “learning” or celebrate “memorized” on the Family hub; this grid lists the same verses. Weekly: say one aloud. Summer (June–July): one or two a week is plenty.

Printable cut-out cards: Church kit — Memory Verse Cards. One-page print: Year at a glance (all months + seasonal doors + gentle activity reminders). Activity ideas (no quizzes): Gentle Memory Verse Activities · print sheet. Trackers: Printable planners (also church kit).

How to use this page

Weekly + daily curriculum map (ages 5–18)

Use one shared Scripture theme across the whole group, then scale the response by age. Keep it calm: read the KJV verse, use one small step, and close with one honest prayer.

Age band Daily rhythm (10–15 min) Weekly rhythm (45–75 min total) Suggested track
5–7 Read one short verse line aloud twice, one story picture or motion, one sentence prayer. 3 short days (Mon/Wed/Fri) + one gentle review circle. Lord’s Prayer for Kids or Beatitudes for Kids
8–10 Read full day card, answer one question in their own words, write or draw one takeaway. 4 days (Mon–Thu) + Friday recap verse and prayer pair. Sower for Kids + Summer Seeds in June/July
11–13 Read day card, write one journal line, choose one practice step (kindness, apology, service, or prayer). 4–5 days + one discussion block where students explain the verse in plain words. Beatitudes for Kids then Peacemakers
14–18 Read day card and verse context, write one application line, close with one intercession for school/friends. 5 days + one weekly reflection huddle (what changed this week?). Lord’s Prayer, Beatitudes, or Sermon on the Mount intro

Multi-age class tip: keep everyone on the same weekly theme, then split response time by age (draw, discuss, journal). Printable support: week tracker and planner worksheets.

Teacher Pack — one-page scope and sequence

Run one coherent flow across classroom, co-op, or church team in 45–60 minutes. Keep Scripture central, then scale the response by age. Print this section or save to PDF.

Parent handoff cards (printable)

Cut and send these home so caregivers can reinforce the same verse and step in one minute. Keep wording short and calm.

Card 1 — What we learned

This week: God is with us in fear. Verse: Joshua 1:9. Ask your child to say one phrase they remember.

Card 2 — One small step

Practice this week: speak one kind sentence before dinner each day. Keep it simple and specific.

Card 3 — Prayer line

Pray together: “Lord, help our family trust Thee this week. Amen.”

School-year week (example)

Swap studies when you finish one; repeat years if you like. All links open the same gentle day cards as everywhere else on the site.

Older students beside you: the same week’s theme in an adult plan (for example Lord’s Prayer or Beatitudes) can follow the kids day.

Summer Seeds (lighter weeks)

Quiet summer with Jesus — aim for three short visits a week (about 3–5 minutes), not seven.

Eight-week spine: Summer Seeds for Kids — one KJV anchor day per week beside a grown-up; progress saves on this device like your other Battle Plans.

Optional second habit: whisper one phrase from each week’s verse at breakfast. The monthly memory grid below lists a full verse per month if you want a gentle parallel track—never required.

Optional deeper rotation (same summer, if you want more pages open):

Optional rhythm: Monday — one study day · Wednesday — family devotion on family.html · Friday — story or craft; other days optional.

Holidays & seasonal doors

More context and alternates: Seasonal paths.

Unit-style bundles (mix and match)

Private school, chapel, or Bible class

One fifteen-minute block weekly: open the day on a projector or tablet, read the KJV verse aloud, read the short reflection, do the small step (whisper, draw, or kindness), pray the printed prayer. Leader notes and copy for families: Children’s ministry leader guide and Volunteer training on the Church Sharing Kit.
