FAQ

What is Today's Daily Battle in plain words?

It is a calm, ad-free KJV Bible web app for real battles. You open it for a daily verse, search by what you are feeling, start a short battle plan, pray, read, save notes, or use family tools without being pushed into a noisy app experience. Most of it works with no account, and your private progress stays on your device unless you choose to sync.

Is this an AI Bible chat or bot?

The daily rhythm here—verse of the day, mood search, prayer wall, battle plans—is not an AI chat pretending to be Scripture or another person praying with you. The Bible Tool page includes an optional “Ask the Word” box that may use server-assisted answers; it is labeled there with a disclaimer, and it is separate from your daily verse flow. For a side-by-side comparison with typical AI apps, see Why not AI?

Why do people use this instead of social media?

Same two minutes—but here you leave filled up, not drained. One verse, one moment, every day. The streak and daily battle give you a habit that actually grounds you. We're built to be the Bible companion you reach for first.

What does “battle-ready” mean here?

Useful on a real day, not loud on a feature list. Free includes: search, daily verse, reading plan, notes, chapter reader, prayer list, message board, kids activities, and share flows. Paid plans add tools for people who preach, teach, or lead a group—deeper study, exports, and team features. See Pricing for the full breakdown.

Is this free?

Yes. Search, Verse of the Day, 7-day plan, chapter reader, notes, message board, kids activities, verse cards, memory verse mode, Battle of the day, and prayer list are always free. Optional Supporter and Church plans add more for leaders—sermon and lesson builders, custom plans, and sync.

What do paid plans include?

Supporter is for personal consistency and deeper planning (sync, custom plans, export workflows). Battle Pro is for committed daily users who want offline reliability and stronger accountability. Church/Team is built for leaders managing groups, assignments, and shared ministry rhythms. Full line-by-line comparison is on Pricing.

Which Bible version is included?

The reading text across the site is KJV. Some language pages help people find the tools in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and other languages, but the Scripture text and core reading rhythm stay KJV-only.

Why KJV?

KJV is public domain, stable, and widely recognized across churches and generations. That lets us keep core access free while maintaining consistency in study tools. We provide plain-meaning breakdowns for clarity, not to replace doctrine.

Is my prayer data secure?

By default, your prayers stay on your device. If you choose sign-in and sync, data is protected by role-based access controls and standard web security hardening. We do not sell personal data. See Privacy.

Why charge for Battle Pro?

Core features—search, daily verse, streaks, prayer list, message board—are always free. Battle Pro adds offline PDFs, Wins Report, and premium devotionals. Same model as study Bibles and devotional apps.

What is Battle of the day?

One suggested topic, one verse, and one short reflection question to focus your day—free for everyone. Topic of the day rotates so you always have a fresh starting point.

How do streaks work?

Your streak is the number of days in a row you've done today's battle (or verse). It saves locally; when you sign in, it can sync across devices. If you miss a day, share your invite link—when a friend signs up with it, you both get one streak repair.

Is my prayer public?

Quick-pray (♥) is anonymous by design. We display only aggregate signals (count and anonymous map dots), never personal identity or private prayer text tied to a person.

What are verse cards?

Create a shareable image of any verse (text + reference) for social media or your lock screen. Free for all users.

Can I use this for sermons and lessons?

Absolutely. The Sermon Builder and Study Workspace are built for pastors and teachers.

How do I save my work?

When signed in, notes and drafts can sync across your devices. Without sign-in, data is stored locally in your browser only. You can clear local data anytime.

What is the difference between Family Mode, family invites, and account sync?

Family Mode on home is for reading the same verse together on one device. Invite-only family sharing lets one trusted person import a household name, prayer lines, and family-plan progress by link or code. Optional sign-in sync is for your own saved verses and notes across your devices. None of that creates a public family feed.

Can free accounts post on the message board?

Yes. Free members can read and post encouragements.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot password?” in the login bar and follow the email link.

Why didn’t my confirmation email work?

If the link shows an error, please request a new signup email and try again. If needed, use the password reset link to regain access.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime. Your paid features stay active through the end of your current billing period, then your account returns to free features.

What's your refund policy?

If a charge looks wrong or the plan did not activate correctly, contact us within 14 days at support email. We review quickly and issue refunds for valid billing issues.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can request export or deletion at support email. We process requests quickly and confirm completion.

My notes aren't syncing or I'm stuck logging in—what do I do?

First use "Forgot password?" from login. If you're still blocked, close and reopen the page, then sign in again. If sync/login still fails, email support and include your browser + device so we can trace it quickly.

How do I get help?

Use the Contact page or the contact link in the footer and we’ll get back to you.
